1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website and services of Her Credit Capital ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Description of Services
Her Credit Capital provides financial coaching, credit repair advocacy, business credit building, funding assistance, and legacy planning services. We act as an advocate on your behalf to assist with disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information on your credit reports.
Disclaimer: We do not guarantee specific results, score increases, or funding approvals. All funding amounts and approvals are subject to lender qualifications.
3. User Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Forward any correspondence received from credit bureaus or creditors to us promptly.
- Refrain from applying for new credit or making major financial changes without consulting your coach during the repair process.
4. Payment and Fees
Fees for our services are detailed in our service agreements and on our Pricing page. All fees are earned upon the completion of the described services. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your account at the rates in effect when such charges are incurred.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your services at any time. Because we charge for services after they have been performed or on a month-to-month basis, refunds are typically not provided for past months where work was completed. Please refer to your specific client agreement for detailed cancellation terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Her Credit Capital, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our services, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to our website or services shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in California.
